How to Get from Dalaman Airport to Marmaris

Most visitors flying to Marmaris land at Dalaman Airport. It is about 90–100 kilometres from Marmaris, and the drive takes 1 to 1.5 hours in normal traffic. Here are your options and a few tips that make the journey easier.
Distance and journey time
Marmaris town centre is roughly 90–100 km from Dalaman Airport. Depending on the season and time of day, the drive takes between 1 and 1.5 hours. Allow another 45–60 minutes at the airport for baggage and passport control.
Directions
Leave the airport onto the D400 road and follow the signs for Marmaris. The road passes around Ortaca and Köyceğiz before reaching Marmaris. Most of it is dual carriageway and easy to follow; the last stretch is hilly with bends, so adjust your speed, especially at night.
Ways to get there
